4. Everyone can now write code, qualitative and quantitative feedback should be accessible with code (APIs). This makes customer insights reachable for everyone.
5. If customer insights are available to everyone, there will be significantly more questions asked, which leads to more questions and better questions.
6. The more questions we answer, while enabling data accessibility, we create a higher general understanding of the customer.
7. Companies that have a higher level of general customer intelligence will be more creative, release better products, and ultimately help build a better world.
